Motivation after break up
Loving some person and desire to be with him/her can provide you happiness and motivation to do anything you want. Only one thing is important, that the feelings are mutual. If you have this, you have key to happiness. But sadly, break ups happened, and too often if you ask me! There is no way to prevent break up, but there are ways to move on. So, recently you broke up, your partner left you and now you are single again. Motivation is at the lowest level, of course. You don’t have desire for doing simple things like watching TV. Well, you must find the motivation and you must move on!
Although, you want to spend time alone, this is bad. You must make yourself interact with other people, even if you don’t want so. Because if you are sitting alone all day, you will be consumed by emotions and this can make the situation even worse. Start going out again, and meeting new people. Who knows, maybe you meet some person you can love! But don’t rush. Breakups gives you emotional vulnerability, which means you don’t think straight and you can do some things you wouldn’t do in a normal circumstances.
You must exercise, although it seems to you that at that time it is impossible, you must do it! At first it will be hard, but in a few days you will see a progress. If you don’t have a hobby, find one. Doing something that you like has a positive effect on you. You will feel better and more relaxed, and this will give you motivation to move on.
