Do You Want to Redefine Yourself
One day, with nothing else to do, you sat in front of the mirror and gave yourself a hard long look. You just kept staring in your own eyes and suddenly felt that the world around you has started melting and diffusing into something nonexistent. The only thing that remained with you was ‘you’. There was just you and only you – no one else. And then, with a jolt, you came back to reality. Everything around you started materializing again. While you thought you had drifted away in your world for long, in reality you had just moments of rendezvous with yourself. However, from that point on you started thinking and rethinking about your life and about your priorities. Who are you? How do you define yourself? The answer came – loud and clear – that your own definition of yourself has been created by the words borrowed from the world, society, people you come across, people who have influenced you. And while sailing through life, you forgot how you ever wanted to define yourself. But now is the time when you got up and redefined yourself. You are not a mere product (or rather consequence) of the things that have happened to you. From now on, you are what you really want to be. You are what you really are. You are that guy you saw in the mirror. Remember that your life is your own. While there are influences from the outside, let not the core be changed. Be yourself!
