ME and my Lucid Dream experience

I came across lucid dreaming when I was 15 when I was searching the shelves of my local book store. I knew what the term lucid meant, and I knew what the term dream meant....

But I was completely ignorant of the wonderful world of lucid dreaming which awaited me!

The book which I read was not huge (maybe 80 pages), however it was enough to provide to give me the tool of how to have a lucid dream and I did have mine on the following night after implementing it. And I became so hooked by it. It had been amazing! All I did is to have a close up conversation with my buddy whom I haven’t  seen for a very long time.

But, Oh! Can you see the potential?!

So do you want to learn how to have a lucid dream?

I've since fought with a dinosaur, flown to the submit of a mountain, walked over water, clapped my both hands as well as had them go through one another, met my Superman (just a joke), shouted at my school teacher, and even competed in the Olympics.

I simply did these exact things whilst my own body was asleep, that's all.

My own body was asleep, but inside my mind, I was actually awake.

Welcome to the planet of lucid dreaming: -)

So how do you define Lucid Dreaming?

The dictionary actually defines lucid dreaming as "the conscious perception of the state while dreaming".

Fundamentally, you're dreaming... and also you understand that you are dreaming. But… the catch is you are not awake at all. You'll be able to take notice of the dream, with a brain-full of personality, memories, thoughts process, and anything else which makes you. And you'll be able to influence the dream so that you act out your desires.

How to have a lucid dream tip tip #2:

Set your self a 'Dream Cue': A dream cue is something you should use as an indication to you to ultimately let your self know that you're dreaming. Your dream signal could be whatever works for you personally. For instance, during my day, my watch would almost beeps every hour. When i hear the beep, I will look at the rear of my hands and keep questioning myself "are these my real hands, or am I dreaming? ". Because I actually do it so frequently, and because my watch still beeps (on the desk today alongside with my own head) whilst sleeping, I wind up looking at the rear of my hands in my own dream too. And my own lucid dream begins: -)

How to have a lucid dream tip tip #3:

Master your dream recall ability: Recording your own dreams in a Dream Diary. To notice your dreams, you need to know what your dreams look like, smell like and you will be able to recognise them. Spending sometime recording your dreams in a journal can perform this. Lucid dreaming could be more powerful and successful when you are able recall your own dream every single night.

How to have a lucid dream tip tip #4:

Drinking one glass of water before going to sleep will most likely assist you to be awaken naturally, before morning, with the time to return to sleep, because you'll likely need to visit the bathroom, at approximately 5: 00 o'clock each morning!

Visualization: This method is particularly effective. Imagine your self getting out of bed, writing out an incredible, colourful, lucid dream in to your dream journal. Tell your self as you start on the point of retire for the night "I must have a lucid dream tonight, i quickly will write it down in my own dream Diary". And say this as often to yourself as you desired until you eventually dozed off.

How to have a lucid dream tip tip #6:

Plan a lucid dream activity ahead of time: Lucid dreams could be in the offing ahead of time. In the event that you tell your self what you need to dream of, and you want to create it down the following morning, you are more likely to truly have a memorable dream of it. You need to increase the visualisation technique above by saying to your self "I may have a lucid dream tonight, and I shall fly to the submit  of a mountain. I quickly will write it down in my own dream diary".

How to have a lucid dream tip tip #7:
